This prize recognises an outstanding scholarly work making a remarkable contribution to the advancement of knowledge in business history. It reflects the organisers' commitment to:
- encouraging scientific excellence and editorial quality;
- promoting the use of public and private archives;
- fostering dialogue between history, economics, management, and the social sciences;
- contributing to a better understanding of entrepreneurial dynamics in their editorial and international context.
Section 1
Eligibility Criteria
- The book must have been published on or after 1 January 2025.
- It must be written in French or English.
- The book must concern the history of a company, group, actor, or economic organisation linked to France, or any study focused on a specific population of such entities.
- It must be based on original academic research.
Section 2
Evaluation Criteria
Applications are assessed by a jury of academics and specialists according to six criteria:
