Registration

Registration is mandatory for all participants, including attendees, presenters, and authors of papers.

At this stage, the online payment system is not yet active. The purpose of this page is to present the registration fees. Practical details regarding registration and payment will be communicated later.

Free ticket – scholarship holders
This free rate is reserved for students who have been granted a scholarship by the Conference Steering Committee.

Offline payment

Offline payment (payment by invoice) is available only for research centers, laboratories, or institutions, subject to prior approval by the organizing committee.

Gala dinner

A gala dinner will be organized during the conference.
Further details and pricing will be announced at a later stage.
